Pack Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Hell Bunny tags are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal point or courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
